Important information:
Concerning the 3 nights’ cruise, the client has to be at Abu-Simbel Temple at 08:30 am (visiting the temples) Check-in and sailing around 10:30 am.
For the 4 nights’ cruise, the client has to be in Aswan at 09:30 am Check-in and sailing around 10:30 am.
PaymentConditions:
An amount of 50% has to be settled as a down payment according to your confirmation.
The rest of payment is to be settled one month before arrival.
Cancellation Fees:
- from 20 to 10 days before arrival date:
60% will be applied as a cancellation fee.
- from 9 to 2 days before arrival date:
80% will be applied as a cancellation fee.
- 2 days before arrival date:
No refund
Any interrupted journey, cut short or any service not consumed by the customer will not give right to any refund.
Cancellationfrom «SAI SAFARI BOAT»side:
SAÏ boat has the right to cancel any trip due to natural disasters, political instability or any other internal event that would make it impossible to organize the planned trip.
If SAÏ boat cancels a trip the full amount the client has the choice to receive the total refund or to choose another date.
